Ristora Moena (Restaurant Moena) was established around 15 years ago from an idea of forming a group that had as its aim an improvement of the technical organisation of the four most well known local restaurants.

The main players, with a great spirit of collaboration and professionalism, encouraged Restaurant Moena to grow more and more, making it the most important gastronomical linchpin of the whole region, so much so that it has become the bragging point of our Fassa Valley.

Through the winter food and wine events of Fata delle Dolomiti and the summer events of Sapori d’autunno, Restaurant Moena is recognised on a national level and brings to the town and her surrounding area an even greater touch of style and quality.
